Frequently Asked Questions

How do I subscribe to a print and/or a digital subscription?

→ In order to subscribe, a user account must be created first. Create a user account from the Login page by clicking “Create an account”.

Once registered, self-serve subscriptions are available for each publication on the Subscribe page. Standard, Premium, and Premium Plus options are available with different features, and both monthly and yearly payment plans are offered.

For publications that offer Print Subscriptions, the Premium and Premium Plus options include a home delivery edition. You can check the availability of these options based upon your home address.

If a desired subscription is not available through the self-serve site, then please contact the support by emailing circulation@reddeeradvocate.com or calling +1 (403) 314-4300.

If I have multiple computers and mobile devices, do I need to purchase two digital subscriptions, or can others in my household use the same account?

→ You will be able to log in on all of your devices using the Login button located on our navigation bar at the top of our website.

What is the cancellation & refund policy?

→ Your subscription is automatically set up to auto-renew. You may cancel at any time.
For monthly subscribers that cancel, we will stop charging your account on the next billing cycle. If you have an annual subscription your renewal will be cancelled for the following year. Should you wish to restart your subscription you will need to re-subscribe button to enjoy unlimited access to content.

How do I access my digital subscription account?
  1. To access your digital subscription benefits, click the Login button located on our navigation bar at the top of our website.
  2. Enter in your email address and password attached to the account.
  3. If you wish to change a password or update your payment information, visit the Support Centre to access your account.
How do I modify my user account or subscription information?

→ User accounts and subscriptions that are registered through the website can be managed and cancelled through the Support Centre.

To update your existing subscription, modify the delivery address of a print subscription, or older issue-based subscriptions or subscriptions set up via our support team, please contact the subscriber support at circulation@reddeeradvocate.com or +1 (403) 314-4300.

How do I update my billing information?

→ When you are logged in, you can visit the Support Centre. You can also email circulation@reddeeradvocate.com.

What if I have forgotten my password?
  1. Go to the Login page, located on our navigation bar at the top of our website.
  2. Select “Forgotten password?” and type in your email address attached to your account.
  3. If you have an account linked to that email, we will send you a One-Time Password. Submit that into the login box and then create a new password.
  4. You can also visit the Support Centre if you are logged in, and change your password or email address there.
How do I use my gift subscription? Can I purchase a gift subscription?
